Daniel Dixon vs. Hofstra

It was a back and forth game as William & Mary (6-6) took on Hofstra (9-5) in W&M’s second CAA game of the season. Four W&M players and four Hofstra players finished with double digit point totals — including a young point guard off Hofstra’s bench named Justin Wright-Foreman, a future 2nd round pick of the NBA’s Utah Jazz.

But it wasn’t Wright-Foreman who played hero during this game, but W&M’s very own Daniel Dixon, who sunk an incredible shot taken from the logo. And not only did Dixon put the nail in the coffin that night, but it also came on the same exact day that W&M finds itself playing Hofstra tonight.

Good omen? Meant to be? W&M heads into tonight’s game with the betting spread against it (-8 in favor of Hofstra) — but hey, what do the line makers know? #WEBELIEVE
